Well, of course resisting arrest is considered a crime, it’s actually a misdemeanor. Resisting arrest becomes a separate charge or crime on top of the other presumed crime committed by the person being arrested in the United States. It’s also a murky topic which is why I’ve been trying to read up on it. The only source I found that was both credible, and highly insightful was on the site Resisting Arrest, conveniently named resistingarrest.com

Now Wikipedia has a bit about the subject but then they reference the site I mentioned above, and it’s a pretty amusing read. A quick excerpt to show you what I mean:

There are tons of Hostmonster Reviews out there, pretty much every single hostmonster review though is biased, this is why;

Hostmonster has an affiliate program for it’s web hosting service which awards affiliates a hefty commission for attracting clients, these clients can be web masters, designers, site owners, small businesses or whatever, well, they give the most biased reviews ever. All their reviews claim hostmonster is the way to go, that it’s the best solution, that hostmonster has the best online support and up time and so on, well guess what, it’s not true.

Hostmonsters web hosting program is not even affordable, well it is, but is it the best buy? Hell no, in fact it’s one of the more expensive hosting packages out there and to add insult to injury, or was it the other way round? i don’t know, point is, they don’t even have a decent online support team. Their live chat support is a joke, web hosting companies like Hostmonster NEED to up their game, you can’t be outsourcing your business to Hindu support people that can’t even type a full on sentence without mentioning curry or something. Ok that wasn’t relevant, but what i’m trying to say is watch out, companies like hostmonster do nothing but burn their clients after they’ve milked them out of their money.

If I was you I would go for an affordable hosting company, try them for a month and if you like what you got, go with them, migrating your site from host to host isn’t all that easy, especially if you have a DB and a fairly large site, so consider narrowing down your options, companies like hostgator wont treat you wrong, they’re decent, check them out, I’m not even plugging an affiliate link here to HostGator or Hostmonster, this is just an UNBIASED review, I’ve used them, they suck, and it’s not because I’m cheap, which I am, or because I’m racist against Hindu folk, which I am, but because they’re really misleading.

Take what they’re offering you for example, unlimited this, unlimited that, eat all you can get your hands on type of shit then when you buy it and get your account suspended they go, oh sorry you are using too much bandwidth…wth? I thought you said unlimited bandwidth? sure, only for small businesses, you’re huge, you cant eat up all our shitty server resources dawg?

Yeah, that’s what it’s like, so I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, and I MAY actually have this site hosted at Hostmonster, but hey, they still suck, though my site has never been offline thanks to their fluke 100% up time and surprisingly literate online support, still, they suck ok? I’m serious, these people are out to get your babies, run, run fucker mother run!

Update: There has been dozens of recent articles from designers and clients protesting about Brandstacks appalling behavior. Not only are some designers on their ripping off designs and selling them, but Brandstack is knowingly selling plagiarized work, rendering the potential buyers vulnerable to law suits or worse. Again and again, when will they learn? The now newly designed, newly named site BrandStock, no sorry that’s BrandStack… has managed to suck more than it’s predecessor, IncSpring. It’s not only made up of images, 95% of it is anyway, it also lost the few points incsprings designed had managed to scrape. Then they name it BrandStack (yes i linked to them, because I care)…excuse me while I ram my face into a blender. What were they thinking? You think the worst is over? No, you see BrandStock, or wait, is it BrandStack? Whatever it is called now, they have a logo that the owner previously bought off Incspring, the same site, try to keep up. Well that logo is just, well go look at it, please.

Incspring as we described down below looked like someone taking a dump, the new BrandStack logo has evolved, into, yes, wait for it, TOILET PAPER. Used toilet paper…They still have NOT addressed any of the issues that IncSpring had, if anything they have made matters worse.

Will this startup ever learn? I doubt it.

Bramndstock…urrr…Brandstack, give it up already.

Let’s not give him anything to try and sue us over shall we, but is he? Is Jon Engle of RelevantStudios.net a logo thief? One who tried to setup a fake legal fund to raise money for himself, one who was dubbed a plagiarist by many? Could he really be a logo thief? Well, you decide while I spread the word about this post ok? Remember, he claimed to have made all of these from scratch. BS if you ask me.

Now below are 2 logos he was accused of ripping also (in total there was close to a 100!!!!) now his are the ones to the right, originals are the ones to the left, belonging to StockArt.com designers. Now look at those, just look at this urrr…well he’s accused of being a thieving bastard but who knows right? We don’t want to go ahead and throw around accusations of our own and be in the line of fire, getting sued would blow ass, but hey, you can’t defame someone like Jon more than he already has himself right? ha. ha. ha.
